Starting off with this iconic masterpiece, the simplicity and idea of this poster would catch anyone attention. When you see a poster like this it leaves you in suspense with one simple image. I love it.
If you don't know much about the story line of this movie when you see it, it's definitely interesting. It's mysterious and intriguing.
When you see this movie poster, you already know it's a comedy. For someone like me who's a sucker for a good rom-com, any movie poster with good actors and actresses showing signs of comedy; I'm already in.
I adore this movie. It's one of my favorites, it has such a rich comical and romantic story line. So of course you couldn't expect anything less for the movie poster. With all the actors and actresses shown, you want to know their characters and their story.
This movie is insane, amazingly done but insane. I think keeping the poster for this movie was a good idea so you don't scare away viewers with the amount of action that goes on. All you need to know about the movie is Leonardo Dicaprio's pain stricken face and the story behind it lays in the movie.
This Ad has a thought out concept. It's simple but effective but the photographer who captured this probably had that intention. The simple message this advertisement gives is all the consumer needs to see. Short and sweet.
We live in a society where women's bodies are objects of advertisement. Photographers know how to get sales and profit using a woman's sexuality. It works, and that's why it continues to happen. You wouldn't see a man's body being portrayed in such ways, whether you agree it's right or wrong its something to think about.
I think this is a very creative Ad. It perfectly captures the attention of artists (the consumer group for this product). It screams "It's the perfect color match". Clean and straight to the point advertisement. Plus I like sharks.
This Ad is captured in dark lighting to set the mood that something is wrong here. The cigarette rolled into the shape of a dead persons body defiantly gets straight to the point. Smoking kills.
Car advertisement is all about capturing the feeling the car is promised to give you. This Ad screams sophisticated and luxury. With its bold black on white, and shiny glow it would capture anyone's attention.
Personally I think advertisement photography is a strategic, creative process that many couldn't do. I personally love anything with a creative outlet.

Technology with cameras in hand held phones has advanced at a rapid pace, some people might not think its nessesarry because it's "just a phone not a camera" but even without the iPhone’s endorsement, the addition of extra cameras is already proving itself valuable to the user. Modern photography can often be seen as someone pulling out their smartphone and snapping their picture when feeling inspired. It's the new norm, and the technology world is taking full advantage of it.
